For nearly 20 years we have worked with hundreds of thousands of customers to help them access affordable credit, manage their finances, avoid eviction or start businesses. Our work has influenced Government policy, credit legislation and shown how Purpose and Profit can work together to change the financial system for the better.
About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our Transformation Team on a contractor basis and support the design and delivery of key elements of our transformation plan.
Reporting to the COO (Transformation Director), you will work closely with business leads to execute transformation initiatives that will enable Fair Finance to grow and operate more efficiently.

- Translate business needs into practical, well-designed solutions.
- Manage end-to-end (E2E) transformation initiatives through their full lifecycle — from planning through to delivery and evaluation.
- Support the COO and business leads in tracking progress and outcomes of transformation projects.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams and partners.
- Contribute to process improvement and support the embedding of new ways of working.
Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in business analysis and project management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment and able to “get stuck in”.
- Experience working in transformation or change environments preferred.
